Maintain a fully independent position at all times, ensuring advice and recommendations are based on pertinent facts and opinions developed from appropriate experience.

Declare any special relationships, circumstances or business interests which might influence or impair their judgement or objectivity.

Ensure we do not commit an act of discrimination rendered unlawful by the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Race Relations Act 1976 or the Disability Act 1996.

Refrain from enticing or inviting any employee of a client to consider alternative employment.
