printing, travel, professional services & social housing.

Jim Moon has 30
years experience within a UK blue chip starting as an engineer
and leaving with a team of 8 managers and a staff of 130.
He is experienced in business planning, Investors in People
and customer surveys, although his core skill is in the implementation
of quality management systems for small and medium sized organisations.
He is very able and can show companies how they can invest
in their own strengths and help to improve profitability.
Jim has experience of many sectors and would consider himself
expert with the following: local government, telecoms, contractors
& lift companies.

Brian Lacey has
over 30 years of service management experience at home and
abroad within a multi national blue chip where he benefited
from their commitment to total quality.
Brian’s major interest is in the implementation of both quality
management and environmental management systems for companies
in the engineering service management field, for instance
'copier companies, computer companies & lift companies.
His focus on the engineering service management field allows
him to be very incisive with any recommendation for process
improvement and as such is easily able to make a direct effect
on profitability.

Nick Posener
also has 30 years business experience, the last 22 of which
have been spent specialising in quality control and quality
assurance. Most recently, Nick spent 10 years at the British
Standards Institution (Bsi) where he travelled extensively
in his role as a client manager.
Nick's career has seen him working in several key industry
sectors including the design and manufacture of space and
defence systems, military hardware, thermoplastics, medical
devices, pharmaceutical packaging, personal protective equipment
and plumbing and drainage systems.

Kamran Qureshi
started his career as an apprentice Toolmaker for the Ford
Motor Company where he gained considerable manufacturing experience.
Seeing his potential FMC sponsored him through university,
after which he was promoted to Quality Engineer where he was
heavily involved in the implementation of quality, health
and safety and environmental management systems.
Working now for Statius, Kamran passionately believes effectively
implemented management systems play a fundamental role in
adding value to an organisations overall performance.

In September 2002, Nicky
Dowling joined Statius as a HR and Account Manager to
refine and enhance its client strategy. Nicky has several
years experience as a client manager, working for reputed
auction houses and investment banks in London.
In addition to building strong customer relationships through
the quality of our service, Nicky is a keen advocate of partnering
opportunities, which are key to the long term success of Statius.

In June 2002, Dev
Mukherji joined Statius to embark on a business development
project to clarify and implement Statius new strategic vision.
Shortly after completing his MBA in 2000, he had the opportunity
to work on several marketing consultancy projects for SME's.
The project seeks to create an unique sustainable advantage
for Statius by developing systems and processes which can
be reused and formalised. The journey has begun, the answers
are forthcoming.
